Aileen Fowler
Aileen is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and Member of the Association of Project Managers. She has over 20 years of wide ranging experience including general construction and rail, but has a special interest in Water Projects having spent several years working on the Beckton Waste Water/Desalination plant and heading up the planning and PMO functions on several framework contracts for Southern Water and South West Water.
Stephen Fowler
Well qualified and extremely experienced, Stephen is an Industry heavyweight with over 30 years of invaluable, wide ranging experience. Including Oil and Gas, Power Generation, General Construction, Transportation and Infrastructure, with a particular emphasis on Hospitals and Healthcare facilities. Stephen has been responsible for the planning for, and successful delivery of several large hospital projects including the KEMH on the remote island of Bermuda
